Safeguarding

The safeguarding of our pupils underpins all that we do at Beacon Hill Primary School.

We have a dedicated Safeguarding Team of Designated Safeguarding Lead and Deputies:

DSL:
  • Dr Rebecca Neeves
DDSLs:
  • Mrs Charlotte Nunns
  • Mrs Jess Randall
  • Miss Janet Hill
  • Mrs Katharine Hares
  • Mrs Michelle Stokes

All children know who the DSL/DDSLs are.  There is always a DSL on site when the children are present.  In the unlikely event that this is to the contrary, the DSLs are available by phone.  Our Safeguarding Governor is Richard Bodle and he can be contacted via the School Office.

Are you worried about the safety of a child?

If you have concerns about a child please ask to speak to a DSL straightaway, either in person or by phone.  Alternatively you can email:

If you think a child or young person is at IMMEDIATE risk, you should treat this as an emergency and call 999 to report your concerns to the Police.
