Resilience and Wellbeing
Our Resilience and Wellbeing sessions provide a nurturing space for children to explore their emotions and develop essential life skills.
Delivered in focused six-week blocks, these sessions are tailored to help pupils navigate social challenges, build self-esteem, and manage "big feelings" with confidence.
Through engaging activities and supportive check-ins, we empower our students to develop the emotional tools they need to bounce back from setbacks and thrive throughout their school journey.
