Wraparound Care

We provide a welcoming, happy, safe, warm and stimulating environment for all children who attend the the breakfast and after school care club.  The club runs every day during term time and is open to all children who attend the school.  Please see the information detailed below which includes a registration form which must be completed before your child attends the club.  Parents are able to pay for the club through the Arbor on-line payments system and we can also take childcare vouchers for the club.

Online Booking

All bookings should be made via Arbor.  Bookings must be made by Friday morning prior to the following week when the care is required as appropriate staffing support and food provisions must be planned in advance.  Bookings should not be made via email or phone unless Arbor is not working. Please do not book on the day. We understand however, that there may be certain emergency situations, and we will endeavour to help on those occasions.

Cancellations

If your child is unwell, they will be marked as absent on the Breakfast and After School Care Club register and you will not be charged. Cancellations on the day for reasons other than absence will be charged at the normal rate.

Session Timings

Breakfast club runs from 7.45 to the beginning of the school day – Browns children will be taken to their classrooms by a member of staff.

The first after school session runs from the end of the school day until 4.20pm (Monday-Friday). All children who are booked in for this session only MUST be collected by this time. If your child attends for only part of the session, the full fee will still need to be charged.  If your child is collected after 4.20pm you will be charged for the second session as well.

The second session runs from 4.21pm to 6pm (Monday - Thursday only) and all children in this session MUST be collected by 6pm when the school closes for the evening.  There will be a late payment charge of £15.00 applied if you child is not picked up by 6.00 pm.  Please see the document below for charging information.  The school operates the wraparound care club as a business and has to meet its costs in order to run.  

Payment

Payment should be made either online via Arbor or with childcare vouchers. Please ensure that payments are made in a timely fashion to avoid large bills mounting up.

Collection of Children

If you are unable to collect your child yourself, the expectation is that arrangements will be made so please ensure that the office have been informed as to who will be coming to collect.
