The children should take pride in their presentation and wearing the school uniform. In KS1 and KS2 shirts and polo shirts are expected to be tucked in and if wearing a shirt, the top button should be done up.

Please note that the wearing of jewellery, including earrings, is not permitted. We understand that the summer holiday is a good opportunity for children to have their ears pierced and they should be healed by the time they return to school. If, however, they are not fully healed, earrings would need to be taped for the duration of the school day and the child would not be permitted to participate in PE lessons.
